Weekend Inspiration Challenges:

Challenge one: sketch
Use the sketch below from Stickers 'n' fun to create a single page layout.

Challenge two: whispers
Make a layout using the following ideas as a guide:
  1. use a patterned paper background
  2. use one photo in 6"x4" and two photos that are smaller than this
  3. use two strips of patterned paper or ribbon
  4. journal on and embellish your layout on the right hand side
Challenge three: everyday inspiration
Use a blog that you frequent to give you inspiration for a layout or card. You may take inspiration from the blog colours, the style of writing, or you may scrap lift a layout from the blog if it is a scrapping one. You may also choose to make a layout about why you love the blog itself and what draws you back there.

Challenge four: Sketch
Use the sketch below from Stickers 'n' fun to create a layout.

Challenge five: layout inspiration
Use the layout below (artist unknown) as inspiration for a layout of your own.

Challenge six: colour inspiration
Use a neutral colour pallete which includes "chocolate" (white, milk or dark, whichever your weakness) and add one bright colour to accent this. Some examples are red, electric blue, grass green or hot pink.

As always, I love to see layouts created using these challenges, so please feel free to email me what you have been inspired to create and you never know - I might just pop it up on the blog for show and tell! (with permission of course).

Happy scrapping! and hope to see you at the crop night.
